Health is judged by response body, never status code. Deploy drift counts commits on main touching each service's own directory since the commit it reports running — asked of the service itself, so a deploy done by hand is measured the same as one done by CI. Rows marked workflow record have no such endpoint yet and fall back to what the last deploy run claimed.
